Founded in 2010 by Tonya Bledsoe, Broker/Owner and a licensed real estate agent since 1997, our brokerage was built on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and a commitment to serving our clients' needs. A native of East Tennessee, Tonya is blessed to call this beautiful region home.
